Shared folder empty on devices and online
There is a folder that our band members use to sync songs, images, lyrics, etc.
It recently turned up completely empty for all of us, on our devices and on dropbox.com.
None of us remembers having done anything, let alone having deleted everything.
What can we do to get our files back?
Best regards, Alex

Hey Alexander-1973, sorry for jumping in. To clarify, have you checked your email’s spam folder and you still can’t see Hannah’s email?
Are you checking the same email address as the one you see here?

Hey Hannah,
I did not get the email (maybe in spam?!), can you please send another one?
Thank you so much

Right?Unless you yourself have a separate backup regime, no, they are not recoverable via Dropbox.

Dropbox support doesn't work weekend I'm afraid. They'll use the email they have on here.

Hey Alexander, if you want, we can switch to email, to check internally and see if there's something that can be done.
Most likely, the files will be gone, but we can check to be 100% sure.

Hey Megan, so you are saying that there is basically no way anymore to get these files back.
Right?
That is certainly a big disappointment.
Thanks for your help!
