Support insists they can't recover my files, but I worked on them a few months ago.
I have repeatedly contacted support regarding missing photos and files I’ve lots of photos including wedding photos missing . They say they were deleted a year ago and not retrievable this is not true as I looked and started to organise them in July this year. I’ve repeatedly asked for this to be escalated to a manager they just ignore my messages . This has been going on since September. I can’t find a phone number or anything to complain . I’ve never known anything so frustrating. I’m fuming where do I go from here . I want my files !! Anyone else had same issues ?

Which Dropbox platform were you last able to access your files from (was it the desktop app/website/mobile app)?
Is there any chance at all that you have a second Dropbox account (under a different email address), where these files are also stored?
