You should contact Support directly as no one here will have access to your account.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I have tried all the methods mentioned on the support page, but nothing is working. I want to connect with a support staff to get help. I really need help on this.

Which you can do with the guidance Rich gave you:
