.xlsx files are supported but something went wrong.
.xlsx files are supported but something went wrong.
This came up when a file is shared with me. Plus, It's nowhere to be found in my Dropbox file.

7 years agoHey Aiman_Basir, kindly note that in order for spreadsheet the preview to work, your .xlsx file must be smaller than 40 MB size limit. Would you mind checking back to see if that’s the culprit that prevents you from viewing the file in question as expected?
Please have a look at my suggestion at your earliest convenience & let me know how you get on with that or if I’ve misunderstood your question in any way on our discussion here & we’ll take it from there. Thanks!
