A shared folder member is getting a "You are out of memory" error

It sounds like your collaborator is either not fully joined to the shared folder yet (or is signed into a different Dropbox account), and the “out of memory” message would be coming from their Windows device, not from your 2 TB storage.
To edit and sync a shared folder, they must have a Dropbox account and accept the invite using the same email address you invited. Here are some helpful links to get you started.
