A shared folder member is getting a "You are out of memory" error
My shared account, one of musicans that I share a folder with is using windows, and he keeps having issues. The error message he was receiving is “You are out of memory”, I have asked him to delete. ...

They also need to have enough space in their account to hold the shared folder. If the folder is larger than the amount of available space in THEIR account (not yours), then they won't be able to accept the share.
