Accessing folder shared to secondary email
Hello, I have a paid account with a primary and secondary email. Someone shared an album with my secondary email, but when I try to open it I get a popup saying don't have access to the content. ...

Just to rule that out, you are certain that the invitation and the secondary email are spelled correctly without any mistakes, right?
Also, have you verified the secondary email as well?

I confirmed that the spelling is correct, and the secondary email has been verified.
I tried to create a new account with the secondary email (I know, that's probably bad!), and Dropbox said there was already an associated account. I tried to reset the password, but I never got a reset link emailed to either account. I can still log in normally with the primary account.
Thanks for your help, Lori! It's much appreciated!

Hey AnnieZ900, thanks for the reply.
Would it be okay for me to reach out to you via email, so we can have a closer look into this together?

That would be great! How should I share my contact info?
Thank you Lori!

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I have a secondary email setup and a folder was shared to that one. When I try accessing it, I get the error message that I need to request access with my primary email.
