    Hey Sarawut Burapapat - thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    It sounds like you might have been recently migrated to the 2020 release of Dropbox Paper. Could you search your account for a folder called "Migrated Paper Docs" and let me know what you find? 

    As for missing Paper docs or files in the future, note that you can take a look at your events page to see what might  have happened and for more info, if needed.

    In any case, please keep us posted.

Thank you for your quick response. I have found the “Migrated Paper Docs” folder as you suggested. Everything seems to be there.
