All of the sudden I can't attach files from Dropbox in emails
For some reason, I can no longer attach files from my Dropbox folders. When I go to attach a file and click on Dropbox it now only brings up recent history. It has always pulled up my entire folder s...

I use Google for my emails and I have DROPBOX APP where I have all my documents and file thanks for ypur help

3 years agoHey vivavie, sorry to jump in, but could you clarify how large is the file you're trying to attach in your email?
Also, are you able to do this normally through a web browser instead of the mobile app?
- vivavie3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hello the document is usually one or two pages I never attached heavy file. Before it was pretty easy to do the operation and now it doesnt work i do not understand thanks for your help best regards

Hi vivavie, please could you confirm exactly what program you are using to access your emails. Is it the Gmail app, the iOS Mail app, or the Gmail site?
When you want to attach files, what exactly happens? A screenshot of this would be greatly appreciated in your next reply.
