An upload over limit caused my account to be locked.

A file is uploding that exceeds my limit -- probably a video someone sent me-- so my acct is frozen. I paused sync. I cannot find the file on my Win11 PC -- I cant find a file or folder that size using DirStat.  I found one checking folder properties and deleted it. Also deleted cache and new files folders.  All now show as empty (I assume DB recreates them) but DB still shows my acct locked.

2nd Q:  Assuming this gets fixed, it looks like DB automatically upload photos and videos.  Is there a way to stop or limit that so this doesn't happen again?

The hourglass runs for a few seconds, then nothing.  Same as before I deleted and re-installed.  Do I need it?  I seem to be able to access my files on DB as beore.

Hey @dhtax, would you mind sending me a couple of screenshots in order for me to also have a visual of what you described, please? Thanks!

I don't see how that would help.  The DB APP icon is pinned, the hourglass runs too briefly to capture, and nothing else happens on the screen.  Dropbox does not appear as an APP in Task Manager, but there are four background processes:  Dropbox, Dropbox Service,  Dropbox Update (twice)

How do I attach a file?  I don't see the paper clip.

When trying to reply back to us, you should have a camera-like icon @dhtax.

If you click there, you should be able to attach your screenshots back here.
