Banned for sharing, but I'm not sharing any files.
I received an email stating that I’ve been banned for sharing files over 20GB/MB, but I don’t have any files currently being shared and can’t identify which files the message is referring to. I check...

Do you have any links at www.dropbox.com/links ? Do you stream things to your mobile devices at all?

There are no share links, and I use desktop only. I even reset all folders and names to ensure accuracy. There is no way to see which items are being affected from the system side, which would be very helpful.

Yes it just came back today and it was trigger after I took a few screenshots and the message then pop up. I was taking screenshots not sharing them
