Banned for files containing malware

Hello there,

I recently got banned for sharing links with malware, however I know for a fact that the files I'm trying to share do not have malware in them. They are accessibility enhancements for people with vision impairments attempting to utilise digital audio workstation software.

I've been banned for high traffic before, but not once have I purposefully attempted to share malware.

As a user of a free Dropbox account, I can't email Dropbox or open a ticket so how can I get some assistance with this? I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Have a great day

TIA
