Can’t view shared folder without space, but also can't upgrade.

Why can’t I view shared content without adding to Dropbox? Says my storage is full but even when I try to upgrade I get an update failed message.

Thank you! Will I be able to view and download individual selected files to my desk top?

Hi Gerberdaisy, you should be, yes.

 

Unless the owner chooses to disable downloads for shared links, but I doubt that'll be the case.
