Can files on demand be set just for individual folders?

I have this one folder I want to be on demand, where the files are only downloaded when I access them, but the rest of the files/folders I want to always be available and stored on my disk.    I ...

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but could you have a look at our feature which allows you to set your files to be online only (or available offline on your computer) and the selective sync feature as well?
