Can I create a folder for multiple people to add to with only the owner seeing the files?

I recently went on a work trip and we are looking for a way to compile all our photos into one safe location. Is it possible to have guests add their photos, but not view everyone's? Just the owner can see all the files? There would be at least 10 different people adding photos, and I can't have all uploaders viewing the other photos until media releases have been checked.
