Can we allow users to only view and download files or folders shared to them?
We have a website that has about a dozen links to our Dropbox account. These links are to multiple folders containing hundreds of printable music files and set lists in PDF format. We’d like to allow...

1 year agoHi JoeZip, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're sharing links to folders on your account, then you can mark those folders as read-only, meaning that no other users can edit files within those folders.
Users shouldn't be able to request to join read-only shared links as of March 2024.
