Can you walk me through the exact steps you follow when trying to share your nested folder?
Do you use the web in order to do so? If so, have you tried a different browser by any chance? Feel free to send me a screenshot of the error message you mentioned above, if this happens again.

- Thanks for the quick reply Megan. I’ve tried on both laptops and phone.
To recreate: open folder I wanted to share (which is nested within another folder), then click three dots, then “share” option. Type email of person I wanted to share with (with optional note), then share in upper right to send it. Pop up appears indicating what I wrote in my original post.
