Can't Drag Files to Dropbox Folder in Catalina

Hello, In catalina I am no longer able to drag files in finder into the dropbox folder.  The selected object just sort of springs back into place and will not enter the Dropbox folder.

Same exact problem everyone else is reporting and none of the suggested solutions seems to work. Cannot drag and drop folders into the Dropbox folder under the "Favorites" sidebar on Mac.

You should both find a communication from me in the address associated with your Community profile. 

I will need the name of the devices facing this issue and for you to confirm you have checked permissions as described in this article.
