Can't upload
My Personal Dropbox space has Unused space (1.5 TB) but I can't upload. I pay £95.88 (taxes included) per year. Renews on 3 July 2023.
Error is: Can’t upload to Dropbox Your team no longer has...

Backup (2.5 MB)
Shared files (0.9 GB)
Unused space (1.5 TB)

Next steps:
Your team admins need to add billing information so your team can keep using Dropbox Business.
I only use the business one to download, and Personal one to backup. Should I unlink Personal and Business? How do I do that? Will I still be able to download files from the Business account?
Does Dropbox support exist? Nothing happens in Live chat or sending email. Would GDrive be a better option? Can I migrate everything over easily?

Hey Kate202, thanks for the additional info and screenshots, they have been really helpful!
It looks like your account is currently in what we call a locked state.
This happens if a team account gets downgraded, or if a Dropbox Business trial gets cancelled/expires.
If you do not wish to continue with a Dropbox Business plan, and want to go back to your personal subscription, you'll need to disband your team.
