"Copy Dropbox link" option not working on macOS Sequoia 15.1
I use a Basic version of Dropbox. The Quick Actions menu works on my MacBook Pro (2023) running Sonoma 14.7.1 but not on my other MacBook Pro (late 2023) running Sequoia 15.1. Share and Copy Dropbox link do nothing upon right clicks. I appreciate any help in solving this problem.
The final 3R solution worked: I reformatted the hard drive, reinstalled MacOS, and reinstalled Dropbox. It now performs normally.

Hey BasicUser!
It sounds like something might be restricting Dropbox on your old user profile.
Have you replied back to the ticket number, in order to inform our Specialized agent about this, and receive guidance on your next steps?

No, I lost track of my specialized agent. How can I find it?

BasicUser, you can see your past support tickets either by opening your Dropbox email address and checking your inbox, or by going to this page.

I found in the chat history that Colin was my contact, but I don't know how to share my findings with him.

If you open your email address, can you find the ticket there, as well? You should still be able to reply back to him (even if the ticket has been automatically closed due to inactivity in the meantime, in which case a new ticket will be generated by the system).

I didn't save the previous emails. Is there a way to open a new ticket?

My issue resolved itself somehow. Everything working as expected. Thank you.

Dropbox used to be very intuitive. No longer. I've been using it for many years (paid user) but am about ready to quit and just move everything to iCloud. I have videos to share that are far too big to copy and email. I think Dropbox has tried to add too many features that have screwed the entire thing up. I hate it but have been too lazy to move everything. Copy link is an essential feature. If it is not working easily for everyone, than they have dropped the ball. Nobody should have to spend hours trying to fix it. Support stinks. You should be able to call.
