My shared link throws a "Couldn’t complete share" error.
I checked the help center and could not find answers. The only information provided was "Couldn’t complete share". The help center just says to look for the reason in the notification, but the notification literally says to look at the help center.
I've been using the same shared link for 15 years for employers to see my certifications and it has NEVER given me this error message.
Can someone please assist?? I have to be able to share my certificates with employers via this method.

Thanks for posting on our Community, XxJ09.
I’m guessing you're talking about this Help Center article regarding your sharing activity getting interrupted. Right?
Since we need account visibility to troubleshoot this further, I’ve opened a new ticket for you. Please reply to it and I’ll further assist.
See you there!

Nancy where would I find that support ticket? I didn't receive an email about it?

You should be able to see it in the inbox of your Dropbox email address (the one that you see here).
If you still can’t find it though, please make sure to double check your spam folder, as well.
