Have you received any emails from Dropbox related to this at all?
To make sure we're on the same page, Dropbox has a page on interrupted sharing activity. Is this one of the articles you've read on the subject? Are you currently sharing any files that may be getting a lot of traffic?

Yes. I did read through the Dropbox articles that offer possible reasons for this issue. I don’t believe any apply to me. There are relatively few people who have access to the files where I am the owner and they do not access the files very often.
