Dropbox Backup: Untouched large file keeps restarting upload

I have one large old file (200GB) among many small ones in a folder being uploaded to Dropbox Backup.   However, the upload appears to be continually restarting, even though no software on the comp...

    The test Restore of the file completed successfully. It does appear that it was able to fully back up. Thank you for resolving the problem.

No, this is using the Dropbox software for Windows 11.

 

There isn't a whole lot I can do screenshot-wise, but this is what the Dropbox window keeps resetting to:

 

I have tried disabling my computer's real-time antivirus scanning, in case that was causing the problem, but the issue persists.

Hey Shendare, can you check your Dropbox bandwidth settings, to make sure it's not limited?

    It is currently limited, to 1000 KB/s, in order not to congest my ~14Mbit upstream connection shared with the household.

     

    Is there some known issue with bandwidth limitations causing uploads to continually restart?
