Dropbox company wide sharing.

I have a dropbox folder containing a lot of other folders, these (filled with information) have been collected over the last 10yrs. How do I allow all my colleagues access to all my information. I have a paid subscription.

Either share each folder individually with those that need access, or move them all into another folder and then share that top level folder with everyone that need access. Each person you share with will need their own account with enough available space to hold the folder(s) you share with them.

If I share a link to view only (not edit) why can't they have a search bar too?
