Dropbox icons change from a green tick to two people?

What does it mean when my Dropbox desktop icons change from a green tick to two people figures?

    The Dropbox icon is hiding away in your system tray just here: 

     

     

    If you click or hover over this, what does it show?

    Awesome, thanks for checking that Firebrand01.

    The next time that you see the other icons showing on your files, instead of the green ticks, can you click this Dropbox icon again to check what the app is reporting?

    Yes, sure. I will do that.

     

    I just don't know when that will be - it might happen this afternoon, or might be next month - who knows, it seems to be random.
