Dropbox Passwords not saving passwords for some websites

Hi,

I've noticed that dropbox only works on some websites I visit even though i have the username/password stored in dropbox just as I do for all of the websites that dropbox does work on. Any advice?

thanks,

Wes

Hey WesleyJ, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you using the Dropbox Passwords app on your phone, or the browser extension?

If the second, on which browser are you using it?

And if you remove the login for the particular websites and then add it back, does that help?

    Keep me posted.

    Hi Hannah,

I'm using Chrome Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hey WesleyJ, sorry to jump in, but could you clarify if you're having this issue with a particular website or if it's affecting a bunch pages you visit on your browser?

Have you tried an incognito window with no other extensions running or another browser to see if you get the same results?

I've been facing this issue intermittenly. Its very inconvenient because we assume every new website we create a login for is saved automatically and then later realise nothing was saved. I've had this issue for tokenize.com, binance.com and a few others.
