Dropbox stopped syncing 4 days ago
Hi
Using Mac Monterey 12.6.3 on a MacBook Pro (2016). Have tried quitting Dropbox; pausing sync and restarting my MacBook Pro. No locked files. I am unsure as to which cache files to delete - if that is a possible solution.
Thx

Hi robortho, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what you mean by syncing has stopped?
What is the message in the desktop app when you click the icon in the menu bar?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay and thx for getting back to me ... finally got it to work by deleting the Dropbox desktop app and re-installing. It was showing Last Sync 4 Days ago in the Menu Bar and syncing was stalled. All items added to my Dropbox folder had the cloud icon
