Can you create links to files not inside of Paper?

Hey,
Yes the file all exist I can convert them into a PDF and view the pdf file In drop box.
I can also create links but when I try and open the link it still says 404 error.
It’s like the account has been disabled from viewing existing files and creating new papers but I’ve not been notified of any wrong doing.

You need to contact support at www.dropbox.com/support, or if a free member hope somebody spots it here tomorrow.
