Error message: Unable to unban account
The netball coach asked me to share 4 game videos with her to download and delete but for a very short time I was over my account limit. The link to unban myself does not work, and I've waited weeks (i.e. beyond 24hrs). I use Dropbox all the time and have done so for years without issue. This is the first time I've had this issue. Any tips how to resolve? TIA!

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting and clarify if you have received an email from Dropbox informing you about it perhaps?
