Error Message and my account is frozen

I've been unable to access my files for 4 days. I have no idea what prompted this. Unusable at this point and I've been with Dropbox for decades. Help?

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, or even using another browser to see if you still get the same results?

     

    If not, please give it a go and let me know if you get the same error.
