Family Room Function not working as expected

What exactly can she see on the Dropbox site in the Family Room?
Are only some files appearing, or is it completely blank? Are certain subfolders not appearing?

Hi
Ok so I spoke to Chloe yesterday and she advses she can see my files and photos in Family Room so then the problem now is that I can not see her files and photos. I did send a screen shot of what I see on her account in Family Room from my account when I spoke to the Drop Box tech. So to discribe what I see is just a menu field showing options, Access, Import, Request Files, Share & Manage, but no files or photos.

Hi Ollie002, let me re-cap on all the info we have here:
So, it seems you can see your files both online, and on the desktop app. But you can't see Chloe's, while she can see your content.
The question here is: does she use the web to add content in her folder inside the Family room, or the app? If she goes online to check for the content she is uploading, is she able to find it there?
We just want to make sure that there's no syncing issue on her end.

Yes she can upload her photos just fine and she can see all her uploads but I can't.
