File not opened

Hello all respected members

 

I am working with a transcription website. They sent me an audio link to transcribe. But it is not opened. 

 

Please help.

    I have the same problem as you. I cannot open the link, the same as what you posted. I hope they could fix this as soon as possible since I have a due date for this project.

    Hi! I would like to ask if this issue has been resolved. I applied on a Transcription site as well and this is the link that I needed to access to transcribe the audio file but I always encounter errors once I click it. Please advise.

    Hey Kingpinlee14, thanks for the nudge here and sorry to see you're having trouble.

     

    Would you mind clarifying the issue? Are you getting an error message when opening a Dropbox shared link?

     

    If so, can you send us a screenshot, so we can investigate?

    Do you get this error only with a specific link? 

     

    Have you tried opening it using a different browser, or incognito mode on your current one?
