File right-click does not reveal menu options like 'make available offline' on Windows

When I right-clicks Dropbox files in Explorer, I only get these options: I am NOT getting the option to "make available offline". How do I remedy this? Thanks.

Hi Megan

I'm not understanding your suggestion.

I've been using DB for many years. 

I've always been able to toggle between "Online only" and "offline" by right-clicking the files/folders and nominating which storage option I prefer. 

Now I cannot do that?

Am I missing somthing?
