File will not sync to Dropbox
My file will not sync, it is stuck "syncing".

Windows OS don't know what Dropbox version.
Solution found, problem was my upload speeds were poor in general and not just with Dropbox (general internet speed test will show this, recommend putting this in help). It was caused by a recent update to my ipv6 settings, I had to disable TCP and UDP Checksum Offload for IPv6. I followed steps here:
Intel made their own solution hereIntel has a quick script you can run here to disable the checksum offload, and still retain your ipv6.
