Files added to a folder are only visible to the uploader
We use Dropbox as a file server for small 4 user company spready across the US. We have run into an issue where PDF's uploaded by one user are not visible by other users. We waited over the weekend and other users are still not able to see the file. The status icon displays as synced. The file name is "25-05-28_2070 Google Blk 38 Phase II DD Drawings". Is there any advise on troubleshooting this?

Hello Hannah!
Thank you for the help. The user adding the files to the drop box from their local machine. The original user can access and see the uploaded file when others cannot. The only work around is to share via teams. Everyone is using the Dropbox software installed on their local machines and are not accessed via browsers. Meaning, everything is done through explorer and common folders.

Hey Elijah Davis, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Since you mentioned the syncing icon, I'm assuming that this user is adding the files from their local Dropbox folder, right?
When they do and after the files are synced, can they access them from the Dropbox website?
And how about the other users? Can they access the files from the website?
Let me know and we'll go from there!
