Can you please send us a screenshot of the app's exact status and version as shown in your menu bar at the moment and another one showing your files in your Dropbox folder to check their syncing icons?

From your screenshot, I can see that youâre able to preview your file via the desktop app. Can you please try to open it on your device, and send me a screenshot of what you see then?
