Files on my Dropbox desktop app on Mac 15.1 are not syncing elsewhere

Dear Community members, I have been using Dropbox Plus for the last 4-5 years without any issue. In the last month or so my files have gotten stuck and won't sync.

I primarily use Dropbox on my Mac, but also need to view files on my Android device. More importantly, my team members are also unable to access files I place on Dropbox on my desktop.

I have tried Quitting Dropbox and re-lauching as well as restarting my Mac. However, those don't seem to be working at all. In fact I updated my MacOS from 13.2 to 15.1 thinking that may help, but no.

Will be grateful for your support.

So, it seems stuck at that. Have you tried restarting the computer?

Yes, restarted the laptop multiple times and also tried quitting Dropbox multiple times.

Do any files show as having the spinning sync'ing icon on them? It may help if you can take them out of Dropbox for a bit (say to desktop), let it sync to a tick and then put them back.

If not try a full reinstall: www.dropbox.com/downloading
