Folder name/preview not showing when I post a link on Facebook.

Previously, when I posted a link for a Dropbox picture folder the link itself would post then a moment later a window would appear underneath with the name of the folder. Recently, the link posts but...

Tks for responding I did contact them but have not recieved a response. FB in general never responds to consumer questions.
