Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign
Hi,
When we attempt to issue out documents for signature, we receive a triangle error message and documents are not being sent. Please see attached screenshot to see what message shows up. We have tried sending documents to multiple different email accounts but none are working. Please could you assist us on solving this issue?

Hey HR Team, thanks for joining our Community.
Are you using a Dropbox Sign account or the signatures page on dropbox.com?
Also, have you tried to create your signature requests from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah,
Thank you for your reply. We are using a Dropbox Sign account. We have also tried using Google Chrome as well as Microsoft edge and also tried to use private browsing however it is still not working. We keep receiving the Triangle error message.

Hope you don’t mind me jump in, HR Team. Besides the triangle you attached above, do you receive something more as part of the error message? Something that indicates why the signature request keeps failing?
Have you tried multiple documents on your Dropbox Sign account, and you still see the same thing no matter what?
Other than that, I’d like to know the type of plan you’re currently on.

I looked through this link, and we have the same issue: the warning triangle when sending it out to senders.
They don't receive it, or anything and all the triangle says is Error; when trying after a few hours, some of the documents go through, and then it glitches again.
How can I stop it from happening?

Hey Andalus Gate holding, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried using a different browser when creating signatures, by any chance? If I were you, I'd clear my cache too, just to see if it makes any difference.

Hi Sue Ottawa, have you tried using a different browser since you first encountered this issue? If you have and the problem persists, please provide us with a screenshot.

Hi Walter I did try that no luck. I reached out to support them and the problem was resolved quickly (within a day). There is a limit in the number of signers, I guess per day since it worked the first time I sent it out though unsure about that. I had 11 signers. They said the raised the limit on my account. I then set it up again and it worked ok.
Great response time from support. An error message stating the issue would have been great (rather than just "error" and the triangle with exclamation mark). I could then have waited till the next day (if limit is daily) or broken it up (if limit is per document).
