Getting a warning triangle when sending out documents for signature on Dropbox Sign

Hi Walter I did try that no luck. I reached out to support them and the problem was resolved quickly (within a day). There is a limit in the number of signers, I guess per day since it worked the first time I sent it out though unsure about that. I had 11 signers. They said the raised the limit on my account. I then set it up again and it worked ok.
Great response time from support. An error message stating the issue would have been great (rather than just "error" and the triangle with exclamation mark). I could then have waited till the next day (if limit is daily) or broken it up (if limit is per document).

Are you using a Dropbox Sign account or the signatures page on dropbox.com?
Also, have you tried to create your signature requests from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah,
Thank you for your reply. We are using a Dropbox Sign account. We have also tried using Google Chrome as well as Microsoft edge and also tried to use private browsing however it is still not working. We keep receiving the Triangle error message.

Hope you donât mind me jump in, HR Team. Besides the triangle you attached above, do you receive something more as part of the error message? Something that indicates why the signature request keeps failing?
Have you tried multiple documents on your Dropbox Sign account, and you still see the same thing no matter what?
Other than that, Iâd like to know the type of plan youâre currently on.

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for your response. No we only get the triangle image next to the receiver and sender email and no other information apart from "error". Our documents were all sending fine until 11:55am. From then onwards we started seeing the error sign every time we sent a new document.
The current plan we are on is the standard plan.
