Hard drive space nearly full

Why do files continue to take up hard drive space when I have used Smart Sync to save on line only?

    In this case, I would suggest reaching out to our Support team so that they can assist you further with this, alongside some device specific info jmilligandesign.

    No ticket number was needed - cleared the cache and it freed my drive up
