HEIC Convert to JPG doesn't work.

I had followed instructions to change from HEIC to JPG and it was just fine. Recently (yesterday) iPhone issued an update and now my pictures are only showing as HEIC.  I again followed instruction...

    I did uninstall and reinstall and after calling Apple support (not knowledgeable with Dropbox) and not very helpful, I just started playing around with it. Took a new picture instead of using one in my photos and that worked and now everything seems to be back to normal. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how I fixed it because I don't know that answer!

If you're using the camera upload feature, then it is possible to automatically convert HEIC photos to JPG on an iOS device.

 

Could you test this to let me know if this helps?
