How can I access a shared folder that exceeds my quota?

    There are a few options:

    1. Ask for a read only shared link instead - as then you access via the link and it doesnt impact your quota
    2. Ask for the shared folders to be reissued to only the directories you need (if under 2GB)
    3. Get additional space. 

    Shared folders use the quota of everybody within it unless you are part of a paid for business team - and have a paid licence allocated to you.
