How can I add all folders to the Dropbox desktop app if didn't choose them when installing?

HI!

I was asked to join my customers dropbox. And in the beginning as I was adding dropbox folders to app I chose only one folder from Webb. I should have chosen all. How can I add the other folders to show on my dropbox app now? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not help.

  • Hi @Taina K, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

It sounds like you're referring to the selective sync feature, which allows you to prevent folders from syncing to your computer. Could you try checking that to see if this is it?

This will help me to assist further!
