How can I see the updates made to a shared link automatically on my computer?

Hi, I received a shared Excel link which I can see when I click the email link.  How can I save that link to my comptuer so that when the owner makes updates, I will see those updates on my computer automatically.

    This is a read only shared link. So you only see it when you click on it.
