How can I stop people from accessing my shared link? Should I delete it?
A week ago I gave people a link so they could access files there. How do I now stop access to that link - ie delete the link, delete files accessible via that link, or stop sharing files in that lin...

2 years agoIf you delete a folder and replace it then the link option should still show at www.dropbox.com/links. You should be able to still delete it.
However, did you go back to support and give them the link and explain all of this to them?

The most current link under "Shared links" was shared 3 years ago. Tech support has been much slower to respond than you have. I told them the link doesn't appear under shared link, folders, recent, etc. hoping they could access my account and delete the link.

This is quite an odd situation, spencer2. Besides the email address you see here, you don’t have any other email addresses, correct?
Other than that, and since we don’t have account visibility on the forum, I’d suggest waiting for our support team’s reply in case they can find something else on their end. I’ve left them a note on your behalf, as well.
