How can I upload a video from my phone to Dropbox?

In simple term, how do I transfer a phone video to a file ??

    Easiest way is to do it via the Dropbox app on your phone - as long as the file is big enough. Click on the big blue + and follow prompts. Keep the app open while its doing it.
