How can my client send me files larger than 5GB, if they don't have a Dropbox account?

I have dropbox plus account. My client does not have a dropbox account. Nor does he want one. How can he send me files that are 5gb and up? I'm always getting hit with the 2gb limit. I'm in video pro...

    Hi Kengi, 

    Yes, that's correct. Dropbox Professional users can use a File Request to accept files up to 250 GB in size from anyone, whether they have a Dropbox account or not.
