How do I transfer files to a new account via IOS devices?

DB makes it difficult to transfer files to new account and delete former acct. 2 different identifying Email addresses.

Hi ElleRac3r, thanks for messaging the Community.

How are you trying to transfer files from one account to another?

Are you using shared folders between both accounts?

This will help me to assist further!

I’m eliminating an acct. associated with a former db Email to a current paid acct. Dropbox IT Dept.s have not been able to assist. This is via the IOS system, not a Windows PC.
Advise on Idrive vs. Cloud for storage and accessibility and if content should be transferred to a separate external disk.

      Thanks.

You can try using a shared folder between both accounts to transfer files over.

We wouldn't be able to provide advice on using different cloud providers, so I'll leave this thread open for other users to comment.
