4 years agoHow to remove Dropbox Backup?
I had backup my windows computer, but now i have a new computer and i want to remove the backup for my old computer.
I do not want to use my old computer to remove, so what should i do?
I logout my old computer from web but the folder still there.
Can someone help me to remove the folder?

Hey anonymous, thanks for posting your question to our Community.
The backup folder from your old computer will remain in your account, until you manually delete it.
Have you unlinked that computer from your account yet? If not, you can go to the security tab in your account settings and click on the trash can next to it.
Are you able to delete the backup folder now?

I see, thanks for letting me know.
Do you remember if you had disabled computer backup on the old computer?
Do you maybe still have access to it and have the Dropbox application installed still, so that you can disable it?
